Enrollment in Social Groups

New social group members are accepted into programs on an open-enrollment basis when space is available. Parents should schedule a time to talk with me before enrolling in a program to have a conversation about your child’s strengths and areas where he, she, or they would benefit from support and coaching.  This will help you make a fully informed decision about how the program will fit your child’s needs. Your child is welcome to try a group with no tuition due unless the decision is made to enroll in the program.

Tuition/Fee Schedule

Tuition for social groups is billed monthly, and payment is due at the first meeting of each month. Your child’s placement is theirs until you inform me otherwise, and a spot in a group is guaranteed by the following month’s tuition payment. There are no other upfront registration fees.

I cannot offer refunds or credits for the next month for missed classes but am happy to offer a make-up opportunity. Your child’s social group tuition also includes any wraparound services including parent and school consults as needed, and school meeting attendance at no extra charge. In the case of a weather cancellation, a make-up class will be scheduled.

CURRENT SERVICES & TUITION SCHEDULE:
Social Skills Programs (meet weekly for 1.25 hours): $240/cash or $260/check or Venmo per month
Individual Consultation/Coaching: $120/hour
TEAM Meeting Attendance or School Observation: $120/hour
Presentations/Professional Workshops: $650 (up to two hours). Longer trainings can be arranged – contact me for pricing.

I am in private practice as a for-profit organization and do not bill medical insurance companies. Coaching and consulting services are not covered by insurance carriers. I  strive to keep tuition in the range of similar tutoring services. I do not have access to funding or grants to provide scholarships, pro bono, or discounted services.

Flexible Spending Accounts through employers have covered some services, and I can provide an invoice/receipt for reimbursement.
