New social group members are accepted into our programs on an open enrollment basis when space is available. Parents should plan a visit to the Center before being enrolled in our programs to have a conversation about your child or teen’s strengths and areas where he or she would benefit from support and coaching. This will help you make a fully informed decision about how our program will fit your child’s needs. Visiting our FAQ’s page may also help you determine whether or not our programs and coaching techniques are the right fit for your child and explain more about our professional backgrounds, participation policies, tuition and other details of our programs more in depth.Participants must meet our guidelines for success and fill out enrollment forms.
Tuition for social groups is billed monthly, and payment is due at the first meeting of each month. Your child’s placement in a group is guaranteed by the following month’s tuition payments. If your child is leaving the program or taking time off, please let us know so that we can open a spot for another child.
We have a generous make-up policy if your child must miss a class. We cannot offer refunds or credits for the next month on missed classes. Two unexplained absences in a month may potentially forfeit a spot in a group. In the case of a weather cancellation, a make-up class will be scheduled.

From a parent: When I have a little more time I have to tell you a story about how my daughter used so many of your tools to patch things up with a friend. And the peer friend maturity that the other two girls who attend the same group expressed to support her. You get an A+ from me …. I see lots of social maturity improvements among those 3 girls and it is easy to see when they interact with other kids that haven’t been part of your program. – C.D.
